BC Internal Medicine physician for Hospitalist position needed in Florida. Candidate must have Hospitalist experience. Full-time employed position, $150,000 base salary + incentive bonus plan potential to $210,000. Position offers full hospital benefit package includes malpractice premium payment. Schedule: 17 shifts per month, with nights and weekends equally split. Note: Night shift physician can take call from home after a certain time. This is a 335-bed not-for-profit hospital that has been serving its community for over 70 years. Featuring all private rooms, the hospital has received national recognition for its vascular services, cancer care program, orthopedic services, and stroke care, to name a few. Medical centers new Heart Center, is an affiliate of Duke University Health System. Duke is consistently rated as one of the top five heart centers in the nation by U.S. News and World Report. An established Hospitalist program and in-house intensivists in the Critical Care Unit bring the best of high touch and high tech together, resulting in excellent patient outcomes. A seven-member multidisciplinary team visits critical patients daily to help coordinate and meet each patients individual needs.
