Otolaryngologist needed in Wisconsin. Join a rapidly growing surgical practice of 3 ENTs serving northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula with ENT services fully integrated with Audiology, Allergy, Hearing Aids, Physical Therapy, Balance Center, Sleep Lab and DME. Lack of managed care competition, favorable malpractice environment and strong partnerships with independent hospitals have all contributed to on-going growth and have made this physician owned beautiful 9 year old clinic an outstanding place to practice medicine. Serving a region with a population of 140,000, the areas economy is driven primarily by the manufacturing sector. Top employers are leaders in their area and have grown despite national trends documenting a decrease in the manufacturing sector. Practice offers 1st year guaranteed salary of $250,000; bonus of 40% of net ENT earning after $600,000 net production; full benefits to include 100% coverage of health and dental insurance, full coverage of malpractice insurance, paid leave for vacation and CME. Year 2 offers partnership with tax deferred retirement plan made for the benefit of the shareholders and equal percent of clinic net profits of ancillary service income.
