Our acute care facility provides the latest in technology with the assurance of highly trained caring professionals to the residents of our community. The hospital serves the community with a full complement of quality healthcare services while still maintaining cost-effectiveness. The hospital provides individualized care directed to the specific needs of each patient. and our center offers a 10-bed critical care unit skilled nursing unit progressive care unit medical and surgical units family birthplace center and a 24-hour emergency department. Other services include a diagnostic imaging department company care (a workers compensation program) and an outpatient rehabilitation facility. We service North Central Florida with over 500 employees and 102 medical staff members in some 20 specialties. We are looking for a Physical Therapist for our Outpatient setting. This is a Monday thru Friday day position. Must have Bachelors Physical Therapy Florida Physical Therapy License CPR Certification. Will organize and conduct Physical Therapy treatment and programs in the hospitals outpatient department. Our Rehab department provides ''One on One Therapy.'' You will appreciate working here because the emphasis is on quality time with the patient - on average you would have 6 to 8 patients per day. You must have the ability to work with others as a team to ensure quality patient care. Position involves a very diversified case mix to include: Wound Care Pediatrics Vestibular Orthopedics Pain Management Hand Therapy and Neuro.
