We are looking for a DIRECTOR OF REHAB. Must have BS in Physical Therapy MS preferred TX Physical Therapy licensure. Must have management experience and Five (5) or more years of clinical experience desired. You will plan administer and direct operations of rehabilitation programs: Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy; responsible for the overall planning and development of the Rehabilitation Department. Responsibilities: Supervises Physical Therapists Occupational Therapists Speech Therapists Physical Therapist Assistants Rehabilitation Therapy Aides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. Develops and analyzes department budget and responds to Administration with specific action plans to remedy major budget variances as deemed necessary. Demonstrates an ability to assess productivity reports analyze variances determine accuracy of utilization statistics assess productivity standards and targets and respond with specific action plans as deemed necessary. Demonstrates a commitment to cost effectiveness and optimal performance for the District by assessing departmental processes and resource management. Performs evaluations develops and implements the Physical Therapy Plan of Treatment in conjunction with the referring and/or treating physician patient and family.
