EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS.... Our client is a 279 bed non-profit hospital serving a 5 county area located in central Virginia. A brand new hospital is under construction and is scheduled for completion in 2010. We are seeking a physical therapist for our outpatient and community based rehab facilities that offer outpatient and contracted skilled care services. Services are being expanded at the largest rehab facility at the Wellness Pavilion. The Wellness Pavilion is home to rehab and a state or the art wellness center. The PTs OTs ATCs SLPs and support staff utilize all of the facilities within the Pavilion including 3 pools an indoor track and a variety of strength and endurance equipment. We are also seeking a physical therapist for a satellite clinic located within the Health Center located 17 miles from the hospital. The clinic is well respected and receives clients from physicians within the facility and the external medical community. This hospital is located in the heart of the scenic Shenandoah Valley. The Shenandoah Valley is an excellent place to live and a great place to raise a family. It is just minutes away from many attractions and venues including the Shenandoah National Forest (The Appalachian Trail) Massanutten Ski and Golf Resort the world class Blackfriars Shakespearean Troupe Woodrow Wilson’s Birthplace various museums and countless historical attractions including the New Market Battlefield. Add to this a lower cost of living great schools a college town atmosphere and a mild four season climate this may just be the best place in America to live! Qualifications: Must hold a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable.
