An opening presently exists for a Speech Therapist at a 250 bed hospital in the eastern part of South Dakota. This position reports to the Director of Speech Therapy. This is a M-F job from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The hospital wants to find someone with a Masters Degree from an accredited university progtram. This person would need to have a Certification of Clinical Competency from ASHA in speech or be presently engaged in a supervised clinical fellowship to fulfill this requirement. Including the director there are four speech therapists on the staff. The hospital is located in a safe friendly city of 25 000. The cost of both living and housing are very reasonable. There is a sign-on bonus available as well as paid interview and moving expenses. Also there is no state income tax in South Dakota.
