Job Description
The role of the Physical Therapist is to evaluate the physical rehabilitation needs for each patient and then establish a treatment plan which includes measurable objective short and long term goals. Maintenance of timely and accurate records according to policies procedures and regulations which include evaluations screenings progress notes discharge summaries and service logs is necessary. A staff Physical Therapist will provide supervision for assistants and aides as required by law. Duties and responsibilities of the employee are governed by licensure and practice acts of the State of Oregon. A current Oregon State license is required. Candidates must be graduates of an approved COTA school and have a current Oregon State license.
