Job Description
Location 1: Pensacola FL USA The Clinical Specialist Physical Therapist (PT) assesses patients’ physical and functional needs; develops and implements care plans; monitors and evaluates outcomes related to the assessment; provides patient and staff education; participates in Core Team meetings; and follows policies and procedures to ensure compliance with CARF JCAHO and other regulatory agencies. The Clinical Specialist PT independently manages his/her own patient caseload; demonstrates clinical expertise in area of specialty; provides services as part of an interdisciplinary team; and plans improves develops implements and evaluates patient programs in area of specialty.
