EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS.... Our client is a school system in Parkersburg WV. They have a need for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to work approximately 40 hours/week with a caseload of about 50 students grades k - 12 (primarily elementary). Treatments provided in mostly 1 school...but may require traveling a short-distance to a second and third school. Caseloads are scheduled by the therapists using pullout model. They currently have 30+ SLPs on their team directed by a Head SLP that works closely with each therapist to ensure they have the tools needed to be effective. This team is ''child-focused''...dedicated to treating the children of this school district with the best possible tools and applications. Qualifications: MUST hold a Masters Degree in either Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable. Excellent hourly rates and Per diem offered based upon IRS eligibility; benefits include: medical insurance; 401K; relocation assistance; optional paid sick leave; reimbursement for state licensure renewal fees and/or teacher certifications (if it applies to assignment); and completion bonus.
