EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS.... Our client is a public school system looking to add 1-2 SLPs for the 2007-2008 School Year. Located in the Northwest suburbs of Houston TX just north of the hurry and rush of the City...this is the place to live work and enjoy like in the nations 5th largest city! This is a client where the needs are generally very few as they experience a very low turn-over. It is also a highly sought-after ISD because of its size! SLPs are part of a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing the children of the district the very best in care possible. They really go out of their way to make everyone feel like they are important and part of the TEAM! Hours are 7:45 - 3:45 . They currently have needs ranging from Pre-K through High School. The district has plenty of mentoring and supervision for a CFY but cannot take assistants at this time....but may consider if you are Texas Licensed have 2+ years of School-based experience and able to begin work soon! Qualifications: Must hold a Masters Degree in either Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable. PAY RANGE FOR CONTRACT: $33 - 42 hr based on experience. Completion Bonus! Great benefits package. Relocation Assistance paid for qualified candidates. CEU expenses reimbursed.
