EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS.... Our client is a public school system in La Porte IN that has a full-time Speech Language Pathologist need....possibly 2 positions! The candidate selected would cover 2 schools (located @ 5 miles apart) with a total caseload of 60-65 students. The hours of work are from 7:45 until 3:15 daily with 30 minutes free for lunch. Ages of students range from Pre-School to 5th grade. Eligibility for the program are Speech only secondary disability for students with Autism LD multiple disorders and cognitive disability. Signing would be a plus with experience working with Autism a huge plus! You would schedule your own caseload...with any assistance necessary from the leadership. Primary treatment method is ''Pull-Out''. This positions can be either ''Contract'' or ''Direct Hire (Employee of the School System)..whichever works out best. This job opportunity boast a supportive staff with the locations close to Chicago Michigan and South Bend. Good caseloads compared to nearby school districts. Qualifications: Must hold a Masters Degree in either Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable. CFYs are welcome to apply!
