EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS.... Our client is a growing outpatient pediatric clinic in NW Houston. They have three facilities that serve the pediatric population as well as a home health division that treats adult patients. Opportunity abounds at these clinics for qualified therapists. Currently they seek a full time PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join the team. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) a big plus too! Physical Therapist will work with individuals who are impaired with disabling conditions such as head injuries Downs Syndrome cerebral palsy Torticollis developmental disabilities or who are accident victims. Therapist will utilize therapeutic exercise and activities to improve flexibility strength endurance balance coordination and mobility. The Physical Therapist will address and treat gross motor delays developmental disabilities gait abnormalities and other physical impairments. The Physical Therapist will also teach patients to use assistive and adaptive devices (durable medical equipment) such as walkers or wheelchairs. Salaried employees received full benefits including a generous health insurance plan as well as disability retirement paid time off sick/personal days etc. Starting salaries are in the high $50s and experienced candidates can expect mid to high $60s annually.
