EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS.... Our client is a school system in Northbrook IL a suburb on the North shore. They are a ''school within a school'' and offer special ed services to a caseload of 22-24 children with moderate to severe disabilities. Many of the children fall in the autism spectrum and have augmentative comm disorders are non-verbal and developmentally disabled. Children are ages K-8. Their current Occupational Therapist is on extended maternity leave through April. If youre interested in a fulfilling short term opporutnity with the possiblity of a longer term position this job could be right for you! Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:45-3:30 and Fridays until 2pm. Hourly rates range from hi $30s to mid $40s based on experience. Pediatric therapy is our specialty- and our expertise is backed by excellent hourly rates and per diem offered based upon IRS eligibility.
