Job Description
-Pay scale $25.55/hour to a max of $34.36/hour; $5 000 sign-on with a 2-year commitment; generous relocation assistance available -MONDAY- FRIDAY NO weekends NO major holidays NO on-call -OT can work four 10-hour days if preferred -Freestanding OP Rehab Center on hospital campus -Varied caseload: infants to adults -Varied treatments and programs including: lymphedema wheelchair clinic pain management work hardening ortho/neuro pediatrics sports enhancement etc. instructional kitchen and home management area; multi-sensory treatment areas -Team of 2 OTs and 3 COTAs -$500 annual CEU allowance; additional dollars available for OT to acquire lymphedema certification if interested -Sign on bonus increased from $5 000 to $15 000 (dollars can be paid directly to the new hire or paid directly to a loan institution) -During 2nd year of employment will pay 50% of the OT/PTs monthly education loan payments if applicable -During third year of employment will pay 100% of the OT/PTs montlhy education loan payments if applicable -Compensation is currently being benchmarked and may move in the near future All positions are eligible for the comprehensive benefits package: medical prescription dental vision life disability 403B with employer matching employer-sponsored pension Paid Time Off (new employee will earn ~4 weeks of PTO in first year and can rollover unused hours to following year) education assistance (formerly known as tuition reimbursement) free employee health services credit union fitness center child care center hospital-based sick child care one-mile walking/running trail on campus auto repair services etc.). • JOB REFERENCE: Please make sure that Job#: 169651-JJ appears in the subject line of your email response. • BONUS/COMMISSION: The bonus/commission for this position includes: $15 000 Sign On Bonus • RELOCATION PREFERENCES: Client prefers to hire candidates that are located anywhere. • RELOCATION EXPENSES: Client is willing to pay relocation fee. • BENEFITS: Client offers benefits with this position. • PAY RATE: The base Pay Rate for this position is between 55000 and 74000 annually. • EXPERIENCE DESIRED/REQUIRED: Applicants should have at least 1 year(s) of experience.
