EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS.... Our client is a school system in Vacaville California that has a full-time contract opening for a Speech Language Pathologist. Start ASAP and work through June 5 2008. Average caseload is 55 students; ages 13-18 years a few severe majority mainstreamed students. Three schools are involved; all are less than five miles apart. Experience with auditory processing pragmatics and autism is helpful. Therapists will be scheduled their own caseload with assistance of the Director. School utilizes both pullout and inclusion models depending on the age of the students. They currently have 11 other therapists on staff. Qualifications: Must hold a Masters Degree in either Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders; a current state license (or eligible). Hourly rate: $37 to $45 depending on experience with benefits including paid time off Pediatric therapy is our specialty - and our expertise is backed by excellent hourly rates and per diem offered based upon IRS eligibility.
