EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS.... Our client is a progressive public school system in the heart of new Mexico....Greater Albuquerque. They are currently hiring contract Occupational Therapists for their elementary middle and high school positions for the 2007-2008 School Year. The students you would treat have severe/profound disabilities at all levels as well as neighborhood programs which are really geared to kids who are SLD. One program that serves an elementary that has a kindergarten and first grade program for children with autism. New grads with school/pediatric externships encouraged to apply. Qualifications: Must have an Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy and hold a current state license (or eligible) if applicable. PAY-RANGE: $33 - $40 ah hour based on experience.
