Occupational Therapist Registered - Rehabilitation Therapy Services Department. This is a full-time position which means that days and hours vary depending on the needs of the department. SUMMARY STATEMENT: To provide Occupational Therapy services to patients including assessment treatment planning and implementation related documentation and communication. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor or Master level degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Licensure/ Certification: Current Washington Licensure. AOTCB certification.
