EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS....Our client is a ''therapist-owned'' company that contracts with public private and charter schools as well as home health agencies to provide speech services for children from birth to 21. With over 50 therapists employed by the company they are well known in the the San Antonio Metro area for the quality services they provide to both mainstream through medically fragile populations. We have place over 10 therapists and assistants with this client...and have many on their 3rd and 4th year with them! At this time our client has several positions available to complete the 2007-2008 school year. They currently need SLPAs with a TX License or could obtain one soon. ''Bilingual'' SLPAs are needed and will be compensated additionally for their skills! The setting is working in local schools working with students with a variety of needs. You will be asked to cover a couple schools...so flexibility will be offered to spice-up your work day. The school age children vary in ages but home health is typically birth to five and sometimes up to age 8 for medically fragile children. Although this client does not offer health insurance directly they work closely with an insurance company that provides very reasonable rates to her employees. This is one of our very best clients with whom we have placed almost 20 therapists.
