Job Description
Responsible for evaluating planning and treatment for patients referred to the service. Provides group and individual treatment to patients with a variety of diagnoses and presenting symptoms. Qualifications Bachelor’s Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required. Current Ohio PT License. Must have the ability to assess situational needs problem solve and attention to detail needed. Prefer at least one year of Physical Therapy within a rehabilitative services program Acute Rehab SNF Outpatient Home Health and/or Medical Acute. Must also have the ability to lift move ambulate or maneuver patients (minimum of 50lbs) to administer therapy is required. Ability to observe hear analyze and interpret patient responses to evaluate progress required.
