EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS.... You can choose either a short or long term assignment here. Our client is a public school system about 20 miles East of Tacoma with an opening for a SLP. The kids have a typical variety of needs and both pullout and inclusion models are in use. The initial assignment will be 3 days/week for the balance of SY 07/08. You may then return for SY 08/09 if desired and work full-time from August through December then 2 1/2 days the balance of the SY. Additional hours may be available to fill the open days if youd like. There is also the option of becoming an employee of the school for SY 08/09. Why work here? Rainier -- but youre still close to Seattle Tacoma and Olympia for weekend shopping dining sports etc. Qualifications: Must hold a Masters Degree in either Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders; a current state license (or eligible). Pediatric therapy is our specialty - and our expertise is backed by excellent hourly rates and per diem offered based upon IRS eligibility.
