EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS.... Our client is a childrens hospital located in the Virginia Beach area. We are searching for physical therapists for three travel assignments. The first assignment begins as soon as possible and runs for 13 weeks possibly longer. This is an inpatient acute position working with a pediatric caseload ages birth to 21. Hours/week - 40 Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Therapist will cover 7 - 12 cases per day. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors Degree (or higher) in physical therapy experience working with an acute pediatric caseload and have a license to practice in the state of VA (or be license eligible.) The next two assignments are with the same client in an outpatient setting. One assignment will start in May and the other in July. Both assignments will run a minimum of 13 weeks. The outpatient clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. This is a full time position treating a pediatric caseload mostly at the ages of 10 -21. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelors Degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy experience working with kids in an outpatient setting and have a license to practice in VA (or be license eligible.) PAY RANGE: $40 - $50/hour depending on the experience level of the therapist. We will provide housing or a housing allowance as needed. Pediatric therapy is our specialty - and our expertise is backed by excellent hourly rates and per diem offered based upon IRS eligibility.
