EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS.... Our client is a pediatric clinic about 35 miles north of Los Angeles. They have a need for a part-time (20 hours per week) Occupational Therapist starting March 1 2007 (Indefinite). Caseload is outpatient pediatric only with many different Dx 45 min per Rx with time for notes and paperwork. Possible home therapy for patients who are referred by Regional Center. No schools. Therapist will see lot of patients with CP torticollis plagiocephaly gait problems and toe walkers. Caseload is very flexible and is scheduled by the therapist and the front office. This clinic uses a research approach to therapy using the newest equipment and treatments. They provide excellent mentoring and continuing education. They hope to hire a contractor temporarily with the possibiltiy of hiring this person permanently in the future. Qualifications: Must hold a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy; a current state license (or eligible) if applicable. Our contractors receive highly competitive hourly rates and Per diem offered based upon IRS eligibility.
