Tennessee Orthopedic Hand Surgeon needed in a very prominent single specialty orthopedic group. This would be a new specialty for the five person group. Private practice opportunity with one of the most successful orthopedic groups in the Southeast. This group has been established for 12+ years. Partnership after first year with buy-in for ownership. No competition in the area for Hand surgeries - too many cases being referred out. Can do general and upper extremities surgery while focusing on building Hand surgery practice. Shared call, 1:5, 1 out of 5 weekends for group; 1 out of 10 weekends for hospital. Office space available in MOB on campus. Comprehensive salary and benefits package includes malpractice coverage, health insurance, retirement, CMEs, fees/dues, life insurance, travel allowance, signing bonus and/or student loan assistance and paid relocation. Excellent earnings potential. Interested candidates must be board certified or board eligible on track with boards for specialty; have excellent training, stable work record, and Fellowship training in Orthopedic Hand Surgery preferred.
