BE/BC Family Practice physician is needed for a New York City suburb. Additional physician is needed to start immediately to provide general primary care to the adult population. The company manages primary care clinics that are either free-standing or co-located within residential drug treatment facilities. This network provides pediatric, adolescent and adult primary care services, dental services, optometry, podiatry, gastroenterology/hepatology, GYN, psychiatric services, and HIV care, including pre and post test counseling. They have recently added group and individual health prevention/maintenance counseling sessions that focus on smoking cessation and the effective management of chronic diseases. Benefits include fully paid malpractice insurance, fully paid medical and dental for employee, family eligible for small premium, 4 weeks vacation, 12 sick days, 4 personal days, 401K employer contributes 7% of annual salary after first year of employment, and life insurance. Facility hours are Mon, Wed, Fri 9AM-5PM; Tues and Thurs 9AM-7PM; alternate Saturdays.
