Job Description
Acute care hospital in beautiful central Florida needs Charge RN in Behavioral Health Unit. Two positions, one day shift, one night shift. The Charge Nurse is an RN who performs all aspects of the staff nurse job description. Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, provides oversight and acts as a resource person for the nursing staff on the unit for the shift assigned. This includes delegation of nursing care to the competent practitioner and coordination of patient care utilizing an interdisciplinary approach in accordance with the hospital mission to maintain high standards of nursing care and customer satisfaction.
