Cancer Institute of major Washington medical center, within an hour of Seattle, seeks a Certified Tumor Registrar CTR; The candidate will maintain the cancer registry in accordance with the guidelines of the American College of Surgeons. Provides follow-up on patients in the registry. Coordinates patient care evaluation studies. Supports the various cancer committees and case conferences, and extracts information for physicians as requested, and serves as a liaison with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Requirements include high school diploma, with Associates Degree preferred; 2-5 years cancer registry experience; and CTR certification. Salary is 35K to 51K depending on experience.
