Maternal Fetal Medicine physician needed in northwestern Indiana. Call 1:2. Employed position. Looking for Director and Staff physician to grow current six bed NICU to 14 beds. Level II nursery w/ ventilators. Approx. 1500 deliveries per year. Current hospital has 310 beds. Plans to build new hospital in 4-5 years. Family oriented city within 35 miles of 12 colleges and universities and 80 miles to Chicago. Would not be for growing NICU, but M/F program. Consultative only, no deliveries. New hospital should be completed in Fall, 2009.
