Prestigious, academic hospital in northern Colorado seeks an Inpatient Coding Manager who will keep the coding team enthused, empowered and engaged. This position manages the Coding section of the Health Information Management Department to adhere to the departments mission of accurate, timely coding that adheres to coding guidelines and the compliance program of the hospital. The position requires an individual who is a Registered Health Information Technologist RHIT or Registered Health Information Administrator RHIA, and a Certified Coding Specialist CCS, or CCS eligible. Must possess 4 years ICD-9-CM and CPT coding experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Strongly prefer extensive inpatient coding experience. Salary is from 55K to 95K depending on experience, with full benefits and relocation assistance available.
