General Surgeon needed in beautiful southern Georgia. The candidate would join two or three other GS and call would be 1:3 or 1:4. Salary will be in $300,000 range with an excellent signing bonus. A new state-of-the-art medical office for the physician and they are in process of building a beautiful, new, state-of-the-art hospital. 90 minutes from the coast. This hospital is a Solucient Top 100 Hospital with a service area of over 110,000. They are looking for a candidate who wants a great place to raise a family, good schools and neighborhoods, no managed care, snow, smog, traffic, etc. This Chamber of Commerce speech can be best summed up by the fact they have recruited over 35 excellent MDs to this community in the last five years.
