A growing health care company seeks an experienced DON for its Las Vegas facility. The person reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the leadership, resource allocation, and the safe work environment necessary to promote patient care practice consistent with quality and cost effective patient care. Your primary goal will be to lead and manage the Patient Care Services Departments to achieve and maintain the highest quality of healthcare that our referral sources and ultimately, our patients demand.
