Description

Enterprise Meds Staffing has immediate full time positions for caring and responsible Registered Nurses (RNs) with 1 or more years of OR experience. Qualify candidates will work independently in a hospital setting providing patient care.

We provide $2,500.00 bonus after 6 months of employment to qualify candidates and additional bonuses for referrals that lead to a successful candidate placement in a Direct Hire position for 6 months.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications

1 or more years of Operating Room Experience
Current CPR certification
Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements
Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
Reliable transportation
Eligible for or currently licensed as a registered nurse in the State of Maryland

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
A.Clinical competency in their departmental area of practice.

B.Ability to use technology and equipment to perform job duties.

C.Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

D.Effective use of proper body mechanics when handling patients, supplies and equipment.

E.Ability to handle a physically demanding environment.

F.Ability to keep patient and employee information confidential.

G.Must demonstrate and maintain current knowledge and skills in providing appropriate care/contact for patients in the age groups from Neonate to Geriatric.

H.Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status.

Possess the ability to interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient’s requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs and to provide the care needed as described in the unit’s/department’s policies and procedures.

Job Competencies and Essential Functions
ACLS certification required within 1 year of hire.
