This position requires:

1. Doctorate Degree in Medicine from a US accredited college.
2. Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
3. Possess a current unrestricted New York state license as a physician.
4. Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Number.
5. Must hold a current and valid BLS certification.
6. ACLS certified within 90 days of employment.
7. Minimum 2 years medical practice experience.
