While taking care of my family during the recovery of a serious illness, I started a home based childcare. My clients were low income with children with disabilities. I served as a liaison between patients and our practitioners in person and by phone. I would facilitate patient visits and appointment scheduling. I was responsible for all aspects of front office coordination. I would greet and assist patients with check in/out.
