- Build, deliver and perform on-site setup of computer systems and networks. Upgrade existing computers with new hardware, and diagnose computer problems.

- Support both voice and data for department reports, extend desktop support to cardiology department staff, and supports Meditech systems, Trace Master medical system for Holter and ECG lab, and Echogram Systems

- Clinical applications support, Teletracking, Bed tracking, Progeny, Emstat, remote access, Prism, etc.

- Project management; work with various vendors to make sure all the different departmental equipments are upgrade and PM are done on a timely manner

- Provided support across seven metro offices using remote desktop support tools. Monitored daily activities and installed new users and applications, resolved network communication problems, created user e-mail and user accounts for login, and updated internal Website as needed. Assisted with the analysis and recommendation of new technologies to enhance current systems and performed troubleshooting and repair of network issues (LAN/WAN hardware, connectivity).
