* Manage geographically separated biomedical department in a 335-bed facility and outlying clinics, including hiring, training, evaluating, and supervising a staff of up to seven technicians.
* Direct a customer-focused, entrepreneurial department achieving universal benefits for all participants.
* Act as liaison between Clinical Engineering Department and medical staff
* Prioritize and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance actions
* Ensure timely completion of equipment performance evaluations
* Prepare and submit written monthly quality assurance, productivity, failure analysis, and performance indicator reports for internal use and external agencies
* Organize new equipment assessments and assist with new installation planning
* Evaluate possible service contracts and coordinate vendors
* Develop and deliver educational training sessions on medical equipment safety and use to clinical staff

* Create and administer facility and Aramark annual budgets
* Responsible for selling and pricing additions to proprietary product, ServCure
