Supervised and provided directions to non-clinical administrative staff, ensures continuous coverage in all administrative areas through appropriate staffing assignments and workload distribution. Ensured appropriate orientation for all new staff clinical and non-clinical. Assured timely submission/transmission of payroll information, verified salary for employees as necessary; provided reports to corporate office as requested related to billing.
