Learned how the heart works, how to collect and handle lab specimens, perform injections and blood draws, properly perform and EKG, learned the muscles and bones in the body, learned a little bit about the brain and how it works, phone triage, set up trays for different procedures, such as, suture removal and vaginal check-ups, how to position the patient for a procedure, and how to wrap a bandage properly.
