Instrumental in the economic development in growth of the business community in Delaware County. Instrumental in bringing AHP, Kroger, Citicorp and Grief Park to Delaware. Responsible for over $520 million in financial operations for fiscal year 2009.

Established countywide property tax rate and approved the County budget. Responsible for the hiring and firing of county employees. Establish long range goals and priorities for law enforcement, land use and financial plans.
