Provide the analysis of data and testing of raw materials utilized
in the production/launch of finished goods for this organization with
300 staff members generating over $55M annually through the
manufacturing and sale of coagulation testing equipment. Perform the
analysis of complex statistical data from in-house clinic and present
findings for new product releases, including the launch of a Protime
M/H poucher machine and a Hgb Pro Professional Hemoglobin Testing
System. Maintain a large database of clinical study information and
participate in supporting the in-house clinical database throughout
evaluations. Investigate and resolve customer complaints focused on
ensuring high levels of satisfaction and product performance.

Administer the review and distribution of work assignments to staff
members. Train and support technicians in all aspects of test
procedures utilized in the qualification of raw material. Validate
new products, procedures for current product improvement, operational
techniques, standard procedures, and instruments prior to releases
and implementation. Coordinated venous blood samples for the wet
testing of finished products and prepare heparin concentrations for
routine sensitivity monitoring.
