ICD-9-CM and CPT coding of In-patient, Out-patient records. Concurrent coding of In-patient records with tracking and tagging of medical records for history & physical reports and operative reports. Querying of physicians on a point-in-time basis, for proper documentation and education. Compiling and tracking reports. Concurrent coding of In-pt. and Out-pt. from daily surgical list. Monitoring Medicaid BTL consent forms for proper documentation and sending to Medicaid. Working with UR and attending meetings for patient continuity of care and medical necessity/discharge planning.

ICD-9-CM and CPT Coding of In-patient, Out-patient records ER and clinical records. Faxing and or querying physicians and or their offices for diagnoses. Denial and error log corrections. Compiling of patient reports for abstracting and so that accounts were completed and the bill dropped in a timely fashion. Cancer Registry training.
