Reported daily to the Sr. Production Manager.ß Developed the facilityís image center in 1993. Starting with two L.E.D. imagers, the image center has grown to as many as ten imagers with a supporting layout department. With the addition of the image center, MetroGroup, Rutland, was able to offer clients 10 to 20% savings in freight and manufacturing costs that are directly attributed to personalization. Initiated in-house coordination of maintenance through NCR and OCEí technicians, maintaining scheduled maintenance program and development of image Specialists. The image center was the first of two areas selected to become ISO certified, with the implementation of Cellular Manufacturing and 5s programs.ß Initiated in-house training for twenty employees for PrintStream, a company management database. Working with corporate headquarters, I set up the selection process, scheduling and training programs.ß Developed secure production programs for high profile clients.
