Created and sought out branding, marketing and sponsorship opportunities for exhibitors and non-exhibitors looking to gain exposure to our audience. This included: advertising in print in our magazine and show directories and on our web site as well as on show site signage and display models during the event. Orchestrated email campaigns and sold interactive opportunities. Analyzed and marketed our circulation lists consisting of exhibitors as well as attendees. Supervised and trained junior sales persons and interns. Wrote copy, created sell and FAQ sheets, and oversaw execution of direct mail programs. Show Director - Off Price Home & Gift

Designed, implemented, and facilitated annual marketing plan for the Off Price Home & Gift Shows and coordinated and executed the business plan to grow our existing business and attract new exhibitors. Supported the CEO in establishing a relationship with the largest furniture and home dÈcor market in the country. Made recommendations on pricing, exhibition space, decorators, registration, and housing providers and helped develop new revenue streams. Managed the advertising budget and all public relations while working collaboratively with our advertising agency. Responsible for the print and web advertising schedules as well as print bids on all sales collateral. Oversaw the maintenance and development of websites, direct mail programs, and mailing lists. Developed, identified, negotiated and managed strategic relationships with business partners and exhibitors. Cultivated relationships with key exhibitors through visits, telephone and e-mail contact and through the advisory board. Published four times a year, the Off Price Apparel magazine offers readers the latest news as well as in-depth feature articles on timely and important issues in the off-price apparel industry. Once a year, the magazine publishes the Resource Guide, a thorough listing everyone within the off price industry. Sold advertising opportunities in our show directory and publication, and expanded our circulation and grew specific markets by effectively marketing our print and Internet products with media kits, broadcast faxes and push emails, FAQ sheets, and direct marketing pieces.

Metroparent Magazine is the leading monthly parenting publication for Southern Wisconsin. Clients include major health care institutions, educational/entertainment facilities, day care providers, camps, schools, and any business geared towards families.
