Quality Assurance Supervisor

- Reviews and updates Quality Control Procedures, Manufacturing Procedures, HACCP monitoring procedures, and all audit procedures with QA line auditors and conducts on-line follow ups to discuss quality issues.
- Identifies areas without written Manufacturing Specifications, Quality Control Procedures, and Testing Procedures at assigned areas and prepares corresponding documents.
- Conducts weekly audit of HACCP/CCPs at assigned areas and discusses action plans for non-conformances with the operating group after completing the audits.
- Reviews quality audit reports and inspection reports conducted by QA line auditors at assigned areas.
- Conducts line audit once a week to check on-line processes of products
- Conducts Refresher Course on GMP to personnel at assigned areas.
- Checks and reviews issues and impoundments for the dayís production
- Responsible for the releases of urgent items, impounded items, and aged products for
shipment.
- Prepares packing guides and sampling guides needed by operations for their easy reference.
- Prepares and submits weekly report (all issues happening due the week) to the manager.
- Attends to all customer complaints related to the assigned areas.

Production Supervisor
- In-charge of all operations in the assigned lines
- Ensures that quality slices of pineapple are met
- Responsible in meeting the desired recovery of pineapple slices
- Supervises people in the assigned line
- Orients and refreshes workers to the GMP and Management System of the Company
- Documents GMP checklists of the area

R & D / QA Specialist
- Develops new products for prospective clients with lab scale documentation(fruit purees, bakery products, fruit fillings, sauces, condiments, etc.)
- Performs physico-chemical (soluble solids, pH, moiture, etc) properties of products
- Performs microbiological tests of products
- Monitors in-line processes of products
- Documents HACCP of different products
- Documents Quality System of the Company
- Conducts GMP seminar to workers

Production Supervisor
- Requests all raw materials needed for the next day's production
- Plans and schedules next day's production
- Encodes daily production outputs of products
- Orients newly hired workers on the GMP
- Inspects in-line processes of products
- Supervises all deliveries of products to clients
- Supervises all line operations inside the plant
