*Provide individual and group psychotherapy for chronically mentally ill clients with such diagnoses as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and major depression.

*Assess, educate, and assist these clients in the areas of psychosocial and vocational rehabilitation as well as symptom management and independent living on an ongoing basis.

*Manage and deliver psychotropic/health medications to these clients twice daily and monitor their ingestion of these medications to ensure compliance for their own welfare.

*Create and complete treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, crisis plans, progress notes, Medical Assistance billing, and various additional documentation in the case management of these clients.

*Recruited, counseled, trained, and retained quality volunteers as Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and Big Couples for local children in need of mentors.
