2005 – 2005	Trans Health QA Mock Surveys for their facilities
	This was a one time request with Tran's health as the company went into reorganization. Tran's health no longer exist.
2002 – 2004	Laurel Healthcare Director of Nursing
	QA Nurse to survey all of Laurel facilities. This was a one time job. However, was asked to stay on in one of the facilities as the Director of Nursing which I accepted. I left due to change in management.
1987 – 1996	Horizon Healthcare Corporation VP Clinical Services
	VP of Clinical Services and compliance with state and federal regulations.
1986 – 1987	Ohio Department of Health Surveyor Surveyor NW Ohio
	Survey compliance in long term care facilities in the northern Ohio aera.
1978 – 1986	Northwestern Service Corporation Nurse Consultant
	Director of Care Services consultant, Assistant Director of Operations. Day to day operations of 50 bed nursing facility , financial and budgetary responsibility, Established compliance and quality assurance, training/education in all facilities.

	Objective to receive a Bachelor's in management to further my abilities and career.
1980	Ashland College – Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)
	Attended Ashland College and received a Bachelors in Management.
1973	MGH School of Nursing – Doctorate (PhD/MD/JD)
