Review catering orders for both hot and cold caterings & ensure all requests can be completed

Plan and complete each order matching individual customer requests, and following proper food prep and handling procedures

Ensure all catering deliveries are made on time

Assist walk-in business by performing a number of other tasks including: taking orders, working cash, and general food preperations

Receive and tag new vehicles and update inventory systems

Review schedule of deliveries daily and plan detailing schedule

Create purchase orders, order and receive supplies as needed

Complete and file proper work orders for each vehicle

Shampoo, buff and detail both new and used vehicles
