-Performed film to digital transition along with a full mammography department PACS conversion. Familiar with Hologic Selenia digital unit as well as Hologic SecurView Dx Workstation and Firestorm software. Supervised off-site mammography location.

-Tracked patient follow-up and biopsy results. Coordinated patient schedules with ultrasound and bone density departments. Generated annual reminder letters as well as overdue follow-up appointment tracking.
