Work with head and neck surgeons primarily with head and neck cancer patients. My position is new and consists of assisting the physicians and seeing follow-up patients independently.

Assessed, diagnosed, treated walk in patients ages 2 months to 100 years. Patients included medical illness of every variety as well as minor trauma patients. I loved this job and left only after being pursued for a year by the head and neck surgeon.

I worked with one internest making rounds for him in four nursing homes. My mom was a patient in one of them at the time. I did this as a part time position while working at the Vanderbilt Walk in Clinic

Job responsibilities included preparing physician offices for JCAHO and serving as clinical consultant to all the hospitals owned by Baptist Hospital. Baptist made plans to sell off the doctors offices and some of the hospitals as well as to no longer have the affiliates in the organization. I saw this coming and took the wonderful opportunity with Dr Dake.

Caring for patients in the recovery room following outpatient surgery. My family and I moved to Mobile, Alabama so I had to leave.

I was the head nurse of emergency services and promoted to director of emergency services. My responsibilities included managing staff, managing budget and overall responsibility for the emergency room. During my time as the director I assisted in designing and planning a new emergency room for the hospital.

Started as staff nurse in emergency department and was promoted to Critical Care Supervisor night shift. As Critical Care Supervisor I was responsible for neuro intensive care, medical intensive care, coronary care, coronary step down, dialysis, and emergency services for the 11-7 shift. This position also included the responsibility of managing any code situation in the house for the shift.

I managed the staff and patients of the critical care unit of the hospital. I left after the birth of my second child.
