I was responsible for interviewing, screen, test and match qualified applicants for temporary and full-time positions. I worked on full cycle recruitment and coordinated interviews between applicants and client companies.
Assisted implemented recruiting strategy for the branch to bring in applicants through existing and new sources in order to maintain an effective pool of field employees to include the use of job boards, social networking sites, job fairs, web mining. I recruited and placed candidates in various fields such as Light industrial, Clerical, Customer Services and Healthcare (Nurses, LPNs, and Medical Assistants) for contract and temp to hire positions. I was not limited to HR issues; payroll, worker’s compensation, disciplinary; counsel and orient all candidates on company’s policies per client specifications.
