Conducted focus groups as a part of the research, design and implementation of several improvement programs including open visitation, and rapid response teams. These programs were successfully implemented throughout all critical care areas. Implemented clinical bundles resulting in a significant decrease in community acquired infections, length of stay and hospital cost.
